Not to be concerned...no one reasoning that I went back to Living Stones...just God's leading.
At any rate, I was so saddened to here the news of Brother Ricky. Although I am sure he rejoices in heaven, the burden on the family left behind is great. My heart goes out to Andrew, he is such a swee spirited young man whose life and demeanor is evidence of the love of his earthly father and heavenly father. I will be praying for the family and especially him.
Hey Shawn,
I am not sure what number you tried to call but BJ and I use our cell numbers and not a land line, however, I have a land line at my office. Here are my numbers 931-205-6212 (c) and 931-454-1934 ext. 123 (o). You can call my office toll free at 888-270-0898.
That for asking about me. I have had some illness that I have been battling and some other issues happening in my life. God has really placed me in an intense spiritual growth process that has been draining to say the least. However, through this process I have got to experience God like never before and feel so overwhelmingly blessed.
Please keep us in your prayers, I am on a two week medication therapy for some stomach issues and it has really been hard on my body.
Has anyone ever visited with Gus (Blake's Dad)? If so, how did that go and was he receptive? I ask because this is what Blake continues to pray for and I had told him that someone from the church would be visiting with his father.
God has placed me back at Living Stones for the time now. I wasn't sure why but I have discovered that there is a Wed. night study that I really need to be a part and the pastor asked for my imput on. I am not teaching it but making myself available to assist as needed. Likewise, Blake has been missing some of the children from our church and it is important to maintain those realtionships.
I can not tell you how challenging it is to have our family split into different churches but I have the assurance that God moves in mysterious ways. My challenge with the children is to see that both are getting what they need. I truly believe that BJ is getting what he needs at your church and Blake gets that socialization with the other. Therefore, we are set in a visiting pattern I imagine until God says otherwise.
Let's talk soon. Sometimes there is so much to say that it is tedious to type.
Blessings to you and your family!
